By downloading or playing StratoshiVibes Blockspace ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

StratoshiVibes Blockspace is a free puzzle game for entertainment. It has no advertising, and no prizes, tokens, or rewards of any monetary value. Optional extras can be bought in the Shop (see below). Scores, records and extras have no value outside the game.

Not financial advice

The game uses crypto-culture characters and artwork for fun. Nothing in the game is financial, investment, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the game, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it for harmful purposes, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Wallet connection

Connecting a wallet is optional and read-only. The game only reads your public address to check which StratoshiVibes Vol.1 Degens cards you hold, and unlocks matching pictures in the Gallery. Outside the Shop, it will never ask you to sign a message or a transaction. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and for reviewing anything your wallet asks you to approve.

Optional purchases

The Shop offers optional extras: the Supporter Pack (gold tiles, a Supporter badge and ten Second Chances) and single Second Chances (clear your three fullest rows, once per game). Prices are set in US dollars and converted to SKR, SOL or USDC at the market price when you pay. Paying with SKR gives a discount shown before you pay.

Each purchase is one transfer from your wallet to the StratoshiVibes wallet, with a short note on the blockchain naming the item. You approve it in your own wallet. Network fees are paid by you. Payments on the blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us.

Extras are delivered right away. Before paying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the extra is delivered. This does not affect your other rights under the law, including if an extra you paid for is not delivered: in that case, contact us with the transaction link.

Purchases are saved on your device. The Supporter Pack can be restored on another device with "Restore purchases", using the same wallet. A Second Chance is used at once and cannot be restored. Extras have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Intellectual property

The StratoshiVibes name, the bull, bear and Degens characters, the tile and picture artwork, and the game's design are owned by StratoshiVibes. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its artwork without permission. The Ethereum and Solana symbols shown on some tiles belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to those networks.

Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the game or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StratoshiVibes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of saved progress.
